I just have to give a punsch for Parsley..... Many people use it just to decorate with, but it is so much more.

The parsley is great at counteracting acidification in our bodies, even better than anything else. Normally, foods that are basic-forming only have the ability to raise the PH value in one or two systems in the body, then other systems risk remaining acidified.

If we eat parsley regularly and in a normal way, it makes the whole body becomes alkaline and gets into the body's system and drives out all forms of acidification.
It is mineral salts that make parsley alkaline basic , specialized mineral salts that bind undesirable acids in the body and imagine - drives it out.... Hurray!!

It is part of why the parsley is so good at preventing and also fighting all forms of cancer. The parsley contains oils that inhibit the growth of lung tumors and neutralize *carcinogens* in cigarette smoke, smoke from the charcoal grill, etc.

The herb parsley is a* pantogen-combatant * - keeps bacteria, parasites and fungi under controll.

For the mouth, the parsley is a benefactor that counteracts unnecessary growth of microorganisms, tooth decay, dry mouth and gum disease.

I myself have parsley standing in my kitchen window , often takes a twig of it and chews on in passing.

Have also been taught that parsley is a good weapon against pesticides such as. DDT. Many do not know that a pesticide like DDT actually hides in your body.....
What the parsley does is to form* chelating complexes*that pull out pits of pesticides that you didn't know existed.

Parsley contains 533 percent of our daily need for vitamin K, also a good source of vitamin C.
The parsley is filled with nutrients like *coenzymes* and vitamins A, C and K that I have already written.
B vitamins such as folic acid, traces of B12.
If your body is deficient in trace mineral then this fine herb raises it!
There is magnesium, zinc, sulfur, iron, chromium, selenium, iodine, manganese, calcium, molybdenium in the parsley.

Since the parsley does not require so much to thrive as it grows, it counts as "wild food", it can survive in colder climates and then it means that it has a *adaptogen * nature.

The parsley helps strengthen the adrenal glands!!!

So when you feel tired, exhausted, out of energy then the parsley is the special herb that fills you with POWER.
When I eat the parsley today, I feel how this nice herb transform me in a magical way.

Trying with my poor grandchildren to see what I have learned about all that good, useful, green.... if I have given up with their skepticism.... no never! and the funny thing is when I tell about everything I learned about the green world so I can see small candles shine in their eyes!

A tip!
If you have ended up in an emotional roller coaster with someone in your family or friend, you should cook a good dish with  Parsley. Invite the person of concern, and after the meal you will notice that the state of mind has become calmer and more balanced...
Or maybe its easier to put a pot of parsley in the person's face :)
