WHAT ARE PHYTONUTRIENTS?

Yes that's right, what is it...

When I have read about vegetables and fruits, it often says that there are an ex number of phytonutrients.

Interesting... fyto = plant, nutrient = nutrient

Thus herbal nutrients, substances found naturally in fruits, vegetables and berries, and act as the immune system of plants.

This substance is almost as important to our body as it is to get the nutrient from protein, fat and carbohydrate.

In the waiting room of the dentist or doctor, I always grab one of their scientific articles, where there is a lot of interesting things to read about.

Thanks to that, I have had to start thinking about and also learn more about Fytonutriener's health-giving effect on the body and believe it or not just such a thing as keeping a normal weight and avoiding putting on a little too much here and there.

Why is my weight so important to me?! ..... Well...
I dont have to look in the mirror to know my upward weight because the body protesting with all its force and "tormenting" me with an even (diabolical) worse ache.... the body signals that now the inflammation is gaining so much more advantage...
big alarm button is pressed... my body reacts as soon as I have not taken care of myself and just botched what I have eaten and not eaten ... that's it!!

Phytonutriene substances are so important that they counteract inflammation in the body, reduce autoimmune inflammation processes, reduce cancer risk, reduce allergies, reduce blood lipids, counteract the negative effects of chronic stress, even the risk of cataracts, cardiovascular diseases and diabetes, etc.

phytonutrients are substances that actively contribute in cell chemistry, bind to receptors, build up constituents in cells, react with substances in the blood.
The function of phytonutrients in the body is also to act as antioxidants and remove free radicals that break down our body so we age prematurely and it is no one wants to . ... what is also affected are hormones, estrogen ... neurotransmitters, etc.

phytonutrients are also used as an alternative treatment for eye diseases such as cataracts and maculadegeneration.
To lower the pressure in the eye in glaucoma, blueberries contain a phytonutrient that he takes about it.... but it is not enough to eat once, but it is important to have the habit of eating every and every other day.

Interestingly, today you know about 5000 different phytochemicals, phytoutrienter but the nice thing is that the experts believe there are so many more to discover.

it is the phytochemicals that protect plants against the sun's radiation, bacteria, viruses, fungi, contaminants and insect attacks...

Unfortunately, we humans have a great lack of phytonutrients in our cells because we eat crops that have been harvested immature...
Most of the fruit, berries and vegetables we buy in the store have been picked immature, days or weeks before it matured on its journey to the store.
It is important that they get fully mature naturally in the sun, otherwise there are thousands of phytonutrients formed in the last hours/ day of the maturation process we miss.
I've started buying frozen vegetables, fruits and berries... Then I know that they have been harvested at its best and will be frozen immediately!

The more colorful a fruit, vegetable or berry is, the more phytonutrients they contain.
it is the phytochemicals that protect plants against the sun's radiation, bacteria, viruses, fungi, contaminants and insect attacks....

The idea of knowing that this thing is on my plate now, vegetables, fruits or berries, these colorful colors, has an incredibly good immune system and protection against all these external attacks that I wrote earlier, so what will then happen inside my body.... it's a whole bunch of worst bee swarms that protect me and all my cells at the highest level....!!

Tips!
Go in and watch rainbow food, there is mass plenty.

KEEP YOUR BRAIN YOUNG USING COLOR PIGMENTS IN OUR VEGETABLES, FRUITS AND BERRIES!
